Close to Atlantic City, the park covers over 200 acres / 80 hectares of diverse landscape featuring shoreline, dunes, marshland, islands and forests and the fishing here is superb. Not far from highway 9 in the northern part of Cape May, Leaming's Run Gardens, once home of the Leaming family, who lived here in the 1700s, features 22 theme gardens, a museum covering life on the farm and plenty of chickens, goats and sheep.
